S. C. Ringgenberg

Steven Ringgenberg was born two weeks before Sputnik I flew in 1957, making him a true Space Age Baby. Born into an Air Force Family, he grew up with a lifelong fascination with aircraft and space flight that morphed into a lifelong love of science fiction, including the works of Edgar Rice Burroughs, Ray Bradbury, Robert Heinlein, and Alfred Bester,. He also grew up loving the works of Robert E. Howard, Jules Verne, and H.G. Wells.

In 2014, he published a short story collection, Zombie Gundown and Other Tales, and in 2017, he wrote his seventh novel, Variant Reaper 2565, as yet unpublished. He lives in Phoenix, Arizona, has one daughter, who lives in Phoenix, and continues to write for Comic Book Creator, Dark Horse Books, Hogan’s Alley, The Creeps horror magazine and other outlets while ghost-writing a fantasy/horror novel, along with some smaller side projects and plotting world domination.
