Sailor Moon Marker Sketch

Steve drew this Sailor Moon at Dragon Con 2026 as a request from the con staff. Bold black marker, a red and yellow sunburst behind her, and colored pencil on top. It's a fun one, and a little different from what most folks expect from Steve!
